Semi-finished lenses is the most primitive state of the lens, the customer can buy finished semi-finished lenses according to the required degree of finished lenses to polish, so only semi-finished lenses camber, there is no degree. Different prescription powers request for different semi-finished lens types or base curves. |
Blue Block lens:
1) What is the blue cut lenses?
Sunlight contains red, orange, yellow, green and blue light rays and many shades of each of these colors, depending on the energy and wavelength of the individual rays (also called electromagnetic radiation). Combined, this spectrum of colored light rays creates what we call "white light" or sunlight.
2) How blue cut lense work?
The blue cut Lenses cut down the harmful UV rays completely along with a major portion of HEV blue light, protecting our eyes and the body from potential danger. These lenses offer sharper vision and reduce the symptoms of eyestrain that are caused by a prolonged computer exposure. Also, the contrast is improved when this special blue coating reduces screen brightness so that our eyes face minimum stress when exposed to blue light. |
